The Board of Directors will be reviewing the proposed 2026 budget at this meeting and subsequently approving the 2026 budget for the association. This meeting is open to all owners to attend.

Discuss town hall homeowner objections to proposed leasing restrictions. Amend proposed leasing restrictions for presentation at another town hall.
