Our April FAMILY Neighborhood Gathering will be held Saturday, April 20th at 4 PM on the street by the retention pond between Rolling Ridge and Tree Top.
It's a Potluck !! Bring your own chairs and BYOB. The ITHOA will supply the plates, napkins, utensils, and cups.
This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors--New and Established. KIDS are WELCOME!
If you have any lawn games we could borrow please let us know!

NSG Party on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 6:30pm. Party address is 2420 Seneca Ct.. Irish or not, let’s celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by getting our Green On! BYOB. We ask that you bring a heavy appetizer or tapas to share. Irish food is not required. And, as usual, this is an adults only party.

NSG - Margaritaville Party
Not-So-Gourmet Party - Hosted by Diane and Mitch Budman
NSG Dinner on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 6:30pm. Our address is 2446 Indian Trail E. Since February 22nd is Margarita Day, and in honor of Jimmy Buffett, the theme is Margaritaville. As usual, this is a BYOB and potluck dinner. We will have a pitcher or two or three of margaritas, so you don't have to bring your own margaritas. And, as usual, this is an adults only party.
