resident of the neighborhood. This is typically a requirement of the
buyer's realtor, or a landlord to a new renter.

ONLINE DRC PROJECT REQUEST FORM
USE THIS FORM TO REQUEST APPROVAL FOR YOUR PROJECT DIRECTLY TO THE DRC
Please send an e-mail, submit by hand to any DRC committee person, Via postal mail to:

or include the address of the project and attach any of the following where needed for approval:
- Lot survey
- Permits where required by State or County ordinance (conditional approval may be granted without permits)
- Color Samples
- Sketch and/or photographs
- Contractors Drawings
- Description of Materials
- Dimensions to Lot Lines
- Contractor Name Phone
- Anything else you think will help the DRC make a decision
By submitting this online application the lot owner agrees that the DRC functions only to recommend to ITHOA Board
of Directors on the acceptability of construction and the appearance of changes to the exterior of buildings or
land. There is no intention, expressed or implied, to approve or disapprove of any apparatus, its
function, or your contractor or subcontractors. The maintenance, operation or appearance of any
installation is the homeowner’s responsibility. Electronic submission constitutes acceptance of this agreement
in leiu of signature.
If it should be necessary for you to run vehicles or equipment over common grounds to do work on your
property, any damage caused must be repaired at your expense. It is the Lot owner’s responsibility to inform
their contractor or people doing their work that it is they must repair any damages to common grounds by
their employees and equipment to the satisfaction of the Board
Action on your request may take up to 30 days from the receipt of this completed form and
accompanying submittals. Please do not start work prior to approval; commencement of work prior to
approval may result in a fine. Work must begin within 45 days of approval, otherwise an extension must be
requested from the DRC.
